Most of the buildings seem to be made of stone;  looking at the one on the far right possibly by rule of thumb and homemade.

The fields on the right are divided by lines of stones or other markers and belong to different families.   The village animals graze on all the meadows.   Hay is harvested by the landowners.

Eryngium bourgatii a young flower which will blue up a bit.   There is a selection on sale in England called 'Picos Blue' I have not seen anything as blue in the wild.   Example below from my garden
